About QuestionPro
The QuestionPro Research Edition (“QuestionPro”) for City University of Hong Kong is a cloud-based survey service centrally subscribed which provides a simple, intuitive interface for creating and editing inquiry tools like surveys, questionnaires, polls etc. (collectively referred to as surveys). Survey owners may download the results in different file formats, such as SPSS, Excel and CSV and so on. QuestionPro is now available for all University faculty members, staff and students for conducting survey online.
Terms of Use

Surveys conducted by QuestionPro must be for University related activities only (i.e. research, academic and administrative purposes) and not for personal use.

If you are using QuestionPro on behalf of your school/college/department/unit/centre/course to author survey, it is assumed that you are authorized when you agree to these terms of use on behalf of your school/college/department/unit/centre/course. You are responsible to ensure that you have all the rights and permissions granted and obtained from the appropriate authority as needed for carrying out a survey.

You agree to be responsible for the legal and proper use of your surveys, the data collected, the security, data privacy and life cycle of all surveys and data. You are also aware of the Personal Information Collection Statement.

You agree that you will not share your QuestionPro account and password with anyone, and understand that when you leave the University, all surveys and survey data in your QuestionPro account will be deleted without prior notice and will be irretrievable.

QuestionPro is a Central IT service governed by the Polices on Use of IT Services and Resources and all prevailing policies. By using QuestionPro you agree to comply with these policies.
